某培训中心教学楼改造检测鉴定

        某砌体结构教学楼已经使用20年，现拟改造为宾馆使用，为此对其现状质量和材料强度进行了检测，对预制楼板进行了现场加载试验，依据检测结果进行了承载力验算，提出了鉴定结论及改造建议。

Detection  Appraisement  of  a  School  Building  for  Reconstruction
Abstract:A brick school building has been used for 20 years which will be reconstructed to a hotel now. On the basis of existing condition evaluation 、material testing and site testing for prefabricated hollow slab，Strengthing capacity and appraisement conclusion are carried out，Reconstruction advice is suggested.
