[摘 要] 本文简要叙述了钢结构的特点，既有钢结构安全性检测和评估的原则，安全性评估包含的内容及评估方法，同时对既有钢结构安全评估技术和加固处理方法进行了介绍。

[Abstract] This paper describes the characteristics of steel structures, the principle of safety testing and assessment,  the content and methods of safety assessment， and the reinforcement treatment methods for existing steel structures are introduced.
