某建筑结构增层改造加固设计

摘要：本文介绍的是在某高层住宅楼的屋面上新增两层钢结构，利用剪力墙结构受力特点，通过新增地梁改变荷载传递路径，优化钢柱和每层钢梁的平面布置方案，结合加固改造的条件设置可靠性连接来满足业主的要求，从而获得满意的结果。

关键词：增层改造、加固设计、可靠性连接。

A transformation of the building structure by strenghthening the design

Abstract: This paper introduces that adding two-tier steel structure on the roof of a high-rise residential building, making use of the characteristics of shear wall structures ,with adding beams to change the load transfer, optimizing steel columns and beams of each floor plan of the layout program, combining with the conditions of reinforcement and reconstruction sets with the reliability of the connection to meet the requirements of owners, thus to obtain satisfactory results.
