连云港某工程大块石垫层不均匀沉降加固处理

[摘要]本文总结了连云港某工程建于7m厚块石垫层之上,其下有厚度不均的淤泥质土,从而引起上部建筑的不均匀沉降。宿舍楼倾斜率达到13.5‰,如何进行基础托换加固,难度很大。上海华铸地基技术有限公司采用潜孔钻机成孔,锚杆静压钢管桩压桩加固,宿舍楼纠偏采用抬升法,运用上述纠偏加固技术后,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the lianyungang one project built in the7 mthick stone cushion layer on top, below are uneven thickness and muddy soil, and cause of the uneven settlement building. Dormitory building tilt rate reached 13.5 per thousand, how to foundation underpinning, it’s very difficult. Shanghai huazhu foundation technology co.ltd drilling holes into DTH, reinforcing the foundation with anchor rod static-pressure post foundation strengthening technology,and dormitory building by lifting method rectification. With the correction reinforcement technique, we get good effect;
