顺德君安富华酒店增层改造加固设计

摘  要：本工程已使用20余年，应业主要求现在顶层增加一层，以增加营业面积，同时将建筑物原有中庭楼梯部分封闭加设混凝土楼板，重新设置楼梯。本工程运用pkpm软件对改造前后建筑进行建模，同时结合现场实地勘测结果，通过对本建筑改造前后的结构构件强度和变形指标进行对比，从结构整体角度出发进行加固改造，本文中详细介绍了该工程梁，柱，基础部分的加固方法和手段，并结合各构件施工手段提出了在工程加固实践运用中应遵循的工序和原则。

Abstract: The project has been used for more than 20 years, the top layer should be increased for one floor to increase the business area according to the owner’s requirement. At the same time, the original stairs at the courtyard of building will be demolished. The stairs will be rebuilt at the other place. Before and after the reconstruction of the project, the structural elements of strength and deformation indices are compared in order that the strengthening and the rebuilding could be carried out under the overall concept. This paper describes the strengthening methods and means of the beams,the columns and the base. The principles of the project has been presented .
